Aluminum system “Eskimos” with broken thermal bridge
The aluminum system of the company “Profil Plast” – “530 ESKIMOS” differs from the “PONY” system in that it has an interrupted thermal bridge through polyamide – 24 mm. The function of the polyamide profile is to divide the profile into two parts to interrupt the heat transfer, thus providing better thermal insulation.

The other advantage of this system is that it is designed so that all types of openings can be applied – both uniaxial and biaxial to the manufactured doors and windows. When opening the system, standard “euro camera” fittings can be used, as well as “PVC fittings”, which allows easy operation of the system with all reputable brands of fittings on the market. The clean design of the profiles allows the use of a wide variety of assemblies, hinges and other accessories.

In addition, the system is made with 3 seals – central, external and internal, and the central seal is specially designed for “530 ESKIMOS”. The profiles from this system allow the installation of a glass package from 20 to 29 mm, depending on the customer’s wishes.

According to the DIN 1725 T1 standard, the aluminum used for the production of the profiles of the “530 ESKIMOS” system is AIMgSiO0.5 F22 and meets all quality standards and norms.

The company “Profil Plast” offers its aluminum profiles in the full range of the RAL standard, choice of color according to RAL.
